Justin continued his success with a promotion to Regional Sales Manger for one of Canada's biggest Bank owned Mortgage Brokerage. Through a 3 year period, Justin lead a New Mortgage Sales Force to growth of 15 Specialists and continuously keep focus on Individual Business Development, Coaching and Industry specific Sales Training.
